This is a friendly reminder to stop and give a moment to those effected by the earthquakes and tsunamis, if you haven’t already. And if you have, do it again! There are hundreds dead and the devastation is not over yet.

Say a prayer, chant a mantra, send some good and loving energy that way because, they need every bit of it they can get right now.

And while we’re at it, let’s also send some to Haiti, Pakistan, China, Indonesia, Chile, Russia, Iceland, Madagascar, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Somalia, and New Zealand. These are just a few countries who have had some form of devastation in the last year. If I have missed any I apologize greatly.

~Please be with them today. Keep them safe and let help get to them quickly.~

~Please be with Japan and Hawaii, the US West Coast and Central America. Please keep the casualties to a minimum and spare precious lives today.~

~Please be with those already hurting from devastation. Please let them have a safe place to stay, good clean drinking water, and good food to eat today. Please keep them free of disease, keep them safe and healthy and happy today.~
